Pork Chop Skillet
•4 Pork Chops, thick cut
•3 medium Potatoes
•1 lb. Leaf Spinach
•1 large Tomato
•1 large clove Garlic
•1/2 cup beef broth
•1/2 tsp Pepper
•1/2 tsp Salt & pepper (as you like)
Total Time 35 min.
Directions: Dice Potatoes into 3/4 in. pieces, coursely chop Garlic and tear Spinach leaves. • Heat oil in a large deep skillet over medium heat. Add pork chops; cook, turning to brown both sides. Sprinkle chops with 1/2 teaspoon of salt and 1/4 teaspoon pepper. Remove the pork chops from skillet. • Add broth and potatoes to the pan drippings; cover skillet and cook for 15 minutes. • Add garlic, remaining salt and pepper, spinach, and diced tomato. Arrange pork chops on top. • Cover skillet and cook for about 10 to 15 minutes, until chops are tender and thoroughly heated.

A 3 oz. serving of shrimp contains:
•25 grams of protein
•1 gram of carbohydrates
•1 gram of total fat
•95 to 150 milligrams of cholesterol
•90-100 calories.
They are low in saturated fat and rich in vitamins A, B1, B2, B3 B6, B12 and D.
Shrimp was once shunned for high cholesterol. But rich in Omega 3 fatty acids, they have been proven to help reduce the risk of heart disease and are a good source of selenium and tryptophan which induces DNA repair and blocks the production of cancer cells.
Salmon and shrimp are the most popular seafoods in American restaurants. In 2001, shrimp replaced canned tuna as America's favorite seafood overall.
